I am a diploma holder in yoga education from Kaivalyadhama institute Mumbai, also completed my Masters in yogshastra from Somaiya college Mumbai. I have been teaching yoga since 4 years. During this journey have successfully helped persons suffering from thyroid, sinus, frozen shoulder, knee pain, diabetes PCOD/PCOS. To further my expertise i have obtained diploma in meditation and therapy yoga.
